PermitPass is permit-test practice built on your state's official driver handbook: every answer comes with an explanation and the handbook section it came from.
Email support@hublogging.com. Please include your app version (shown at the bottom of the Settings screen) so we can help faster.
Open the app, go to Settings → Account and choose Delete my account. This removes your account and personal data permanently and cannot be undone.
If you cannot open the app, email support@hublogging.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete the account.
Open the plans screen and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same App Store or Google account you bought with.
Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them: reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or Google Play → Order history for Play.
